Baseload power such as coal, natural gas, and nuclear, are sources of energy that provide dependable power to consistently meet demand.
Baseload power is the minimum amount of power needed to be supplied to the power grid at any given time.
Demand for electricity fluctuates throughout the day.
Having baseload power sources reduces our need for load curtailment and blackouts to maintain the integrity of the electrical grid.
